United Nursing Services is providing a training on “Chronic Disease Readmission.” It will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at AAAWM, 3215 Eaglecrest Drive NE, Grand Rapids.
This training will focus on the top hospital readmission diagnoses. Presenters will educate professionals on how to better understand these chronic diseases and in turn help family caregivers prevent the admissions. The CRN is helping to promote the training.
There is no charge for this program.
