Briana G. has been selected as the AMA caregiver for the month of April. This month's focus was, "Training and Opportunities - Balancing it All." Briana has worked as a part-time caregiver for over a year now. She's a state-certified CNA and specializes in servicing "priority one" clients. These clients require caregivers with a specific skill-set. Briana is now a full-time caregiver. AngelCare appreciates all Briana's hard work, especially her ABILITY to balance her professional and personal life so well.
Cassandra G. has been selected as the AMA caregiver for the month of March. Congratulations Cassandra! This month's AMA theme was “Luck is one thing but Ability is another”. Your abilities are the special skills and talents you possess. Cassandra is a State Certified CNA who services Priority One clients for AngelCare. Her clients describe her as an experienced caregiver who establishes routines and is willing to assist them in any way. AngelCare salutes Cassandra for achieving to the best of her ability!
Our commitment to on-going training sets us apart. In addition to monthly and quarterly trainings, our entire staff will participate in a mandatory in-service this month. In April, we’ll be focusing on Effective Customer Service. Caregivers will learn how to set professional boundaries in the workplace as well as how to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
